Revvies Hypotonic Electrolyte Drink has been formulated to contain up to 5 times less sugar than isotonic sports drinks.
The sugars included aid the rapid absorption of the electrolytes and water.
We have also selected our electrolytes to provide maximum bioavailability, whilst being easy on the stomach. For example, whilst many formulations still use sodium chloride to replace the lost sodium through sweet, Revvies uses sodium citrate because research has shown it to be much easier on the gut, and absorbs faster when in the presence of glucose.

The sugar included in our formula aids the rapid absorption of the electrolytes and water. Our formulation has up to 3 times more electrolytes than leading sports drinks, delivering optimum amounts of sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and chloride.
