Ramblers Rub is a universal balm for all walkers, ramblers and hikers made from premium oils and waxes with essential oils to help prevent blisters and to massage feet, ankles and calves to soothe, restore and revive after a days exercise. Ramblers Rub contains Avocado oil and essential oils of Cinnamon, Bergamot and Juniper for their therapeutic, antiseptic qualities helping to keep the skin clean and prevent the build-up of bacteria. It smells fantastic, is effective and free from chemicals, parabens and preservatives. 

A smooth, rich balm - simply rub some on your skin where boots or shoes rub to reduce friction. It can also be used under backpack straps or where clothes chafe to keep you comfortable.

• Before you start - rub some on your skin and on top of your socks to prevent the friction and shear effect pulling your skin into blisters
• During the day re-apply if the conditions are very wet or hot.
